Since it’s creation in 1983, AJB Hightech Ltd has been moving forward and growing in a steadfast fashion, with offices and affiliates now all over the Middle East. We specialise in providing quality Automation Solutions for the Industrial Plant and Commercial Building markets, a full range of HVAC Testing and Balancing and other Building Services, as well as Operation and Maintenance Manuals for all systems.

With more than 30 years of international property and project experience Adam has spent the last four years focusing on sustainability and commissioning issues within the built environment. Adams specialties include project management, commissioning, sustainability, and LEED consulting. As a former managing partner at Cobalt Engineering Adam developed their Toronto office and established Commissioning and LEED consulting as significant business elements. As an industry leader, Adam served on the CIBSE Commissioning Code “A” committee for the 1996 code re-write and the BSRIA steering group for AG 16/2002 Variable Flow Water Systems. Adam is also an international board member of the Building Commissioning Association in the USA.

David Green joined CDML with the goal of redefining commissioning in Canada to equal and exceed international best practices. David’s specialties include commissioning, controls engineering, building services design, sustainability, and LEED consulting. David has more than 27 years of experience and has been involved in some of the largest and most technically innovative projects in the world. David’s engineering experience encompasses the $2 billion P3 refurbishment of the Ministry of Defense buildings in London UK. P3 Health care projects including the redevelopment of The Royal London Hospital in the UK, Bridgepoint Hospital Toronto and airport developments such as British Airways World Cargo Centre at London’s Heathrow Airport.

Justin firmly believes that sustainable development requires an ongoing commitment to better solutions, and better buildings. Justin’s specialties include sustainable master planning, energy analysis and modelling, sustainability, and LEED consulting. Justin is intimately familiar with the existing suite of LEED products available in Canada and the United States. In addition to Justin’s North American experience he was a key team member for the Guandu Plains Master Plan in Taipei, Taiwan. In 2009 Justin was recognized for contributions to the Canada Green Building Council and received an award for his Leadership.

Mike brings extensive experience on projects seeking LEED certification across Canada, the United States, and internationally. Mike has worked as a project manager and consultant on LEED projects ranging in scope from a one-million sq. ft. corporate campus to a two-thousand sq. ft. commercial interior. Mike’s specialties include project management, 3D modelling for energy analysis, sustainability, and LEED consulting. Mike has played a key role in the development of many innovative solutions at CDML including VAULT, a project management tool CDML believes will redefine LEED Consulting. Mike currently serves on a CaGBC technical advisor group helping to shape the future of green building in Canada.
