Al Ain Wildlife Park and Resort (AWPR) is an 893 hectare mixed use expansion of the existing Al Ain Zoo.  The project will feature a zoo and wild life park, learning centre, hotel, resort and retail facilities, and a neighborhood of 1,000 residences.  The project plans to incorporate the One Planet Living framework, Estidama New Buildings and Estidama Community guidelines, and USGBC LEED rating systems.
