Barrie Justice Complex is serviced by outdated HVAC equipment, which is at the end of its life cycle.  The project incorporates the upgrading of the outside air system, and replacement of the chiller and pneumatic HVAC controls system with DDC for the systems that serve the Courts of Justice and the Land Registry Building.  The commissioning of the BAS controls will be as per the requirements of ASHRAE Guideline 11-2009 - Field Testing of HVAC Controls Components.
