The New Bridgepoint Hospital is approximately 680,000 square feet and will consist of a 12-storey building plus 2 levels of underground parking, state-of-the-art facility with 472 beds.  The historic Don Jail, an architectural icon for the City of Toronto, was preserved and incorporated into the design of the new campus, as an administration building.  The project is a candidate for LEED Silver accreditation and has been designed and constructed via the Infrastructure Ontario P3 procurement model.
