CDML

The project consists of a new high rise office and residential tower that will set a new standard for sustainable building design.  The project has incorporated numerous sustainability and energy efficiency elements including: triple glazing, VRF heating and cooling, heat recovery, and rainwater reuse. The project is targeting LEED Platinum certification. CDML has been appointed to provide LEED Commissioning Authority services.
