CDML

This LEED campus project includes three buildings in pursuit of LEED Certification totally over 300,000 sq. ft.  Upon completion the project will provide 336 new long-term care beds and 132 new supportive housing units to existing facilities at the Hogarth Riverview Manor site.  CDML aided with the development of sustainability goals, ensuring the project aligned with the Owner’s requirements, and provided consulting to help develop solutions that fit within the project’s budget.  The project is a candidate for LEED certification.
