Guandu Plains - Master Plan
The Guandu Plains are the last large piece of agricultural land in Taipei. The City has held this land for decades without allowing development to occur; however, landowner pressure for development has grown tremendously in recent years. CDMLʼs services were retained to work in concert with Cosmos Inc. to develop a sustainable master plan concept for the 720 Hectare site that balanced the needs of landowners while preserving the plains ecological attributes and benefits.
