CDML

The project consists of the development of additional data centre space at the IBM site at 3600 Steeles Avenue East, Markham, Ontario, Canada.  The space and infrastructure was developed in a modular arrangement.  The first module was delivered on a fast track basis, with an early completion successfully achieved; the second module was delivered and integrated seamlessly with the first module systems.  The requested power and cooling density is 100 watts/sq. ft., the project was built, commissioned and tested to conform to a reliability level of 3+ as required by IBM best practices.
