Leeder Place

Leeder Place is an Emergency Family Shelter that was developed by the Regional Municipality of York within the Town of East Gwillimbury.  The project compliments existing Emergency Housing works located on site with a building dedicated to housing families and municipal support staff.  CDML (formerly ECO3) was engaged to provide LEED and energy consulting services to the project.  The project has achieved a Silver level of certification using the LEED Canada for New Construction and Major Renovations Version 1.0 rating system.
