CDML

The project consists of the fit out of 40,000 sq. ft. of office space over two floors for use by Morgan Stanley Bank incorporating a data centre area with M&E redundancy at 2N.  The project is a candidate for LEED Silver certification under the CaGBC LEED for Commercial Interiors accreditation system.  CDML's services included: LEED authority commissioning; overall project commissioning managers; factory testing; black building failure testing of date critical systems.
