CDML

The project includes two buildings, the Water Garden Pavilion and the Baggage Building, which are both a part of the Thunder Bay waterfront master plan.  The Water Garden Pavilion is the central building for the activity areas that will be created as part of the master plan.  The Baggage Building is an existing building that is being renovated to create program areas for exhibits, art studios, and teaching spaces.  Both buildings are registered with the CaGBC and are anticipating achievement of a LEED Gold level of certification.
