The existing 365 & 367 Queen Street West buildings are 2-storey and 4-storey high buildings respectively with full basements and with retail store operations in each building. The proposed redevelopment of the existing buildings is to be a one, 3-storey building above ground with a full basement and house a single or double retail tenancy. The project is registered for LEED certification. CDML were retained to provide Commissioning, Sustainability, and Energy Consulting.
