“The Mission” has been conceived and is designed as a venue that will serve to further nurture and cultivate the arts and culture of the 18b Arts District, the Downtown area and all of the metropolitan Las Vegas area.  The Centre will feature retail boutique shops and restaurant space, as well as creative office space, art studio space, art gallery space, and rooftop event space.  CDML (formerly ECO3) was engaged to provide LEED consulting services to the project.  The project is pursuing LEED Certification using the USGBCʼs LEED for Core and Shell Developments Version 2.0 rating system.
