The redeveloped Woman’s College Hospital involves the construction of a new 400,000 square foot facility on the hospital’s current Grenville Street site in downtown Toronto. The redeveloped Women’s College Hospital will replace all existing buildings and consolidate most hospital services in one location, enhancing the hospital’s stature as a leader in women’s health care, research, and education. The project is a candidate for LEED Silver accreditation and has been designed and constructed via the Infrastructure Ontario P3 procurement model.
