CDML provides expert LEED consulting services to design, construction and renovation projects.  CDML is experienced with the full suite of US and Canadian LEED rating systems, including LEED for New Construction, LEED for Core and Shell Developments, LEED for Commercial Interiors, LEED for Schools, and LEED for Existing Building Operations and Maintenance.

CDML has successfully consulted on projects across Canada, the United States, and international locations such as Abu Dhabi, Lebanon, and Taiwan.  With over 30 projects currently registered for LEED certification with the CaGBC or USGBC and combined experience on over 150 LEED projects within our consulting team, CDML knows LEED.

Within the USA, Canada and in many international markets, LEED has become the market definition of a green building. Studies have shown that LEED-certified buildings deliver higher ROI for owners and occupiers by generating higher rent and higher occupancy rates, reducing staff sick leave and turnover, and reducing operations costs. LEED also helps organizations meet their Corporate Social Responsibly  (CSR) targets and lessen their overall environmental footprint.

Many firms offer clients LEED consulting as a checklist service with no added value. CDML does not subscribe to this approach, as we believe in accountability and adding value through analysis and application of specialized knowledge. LEED consulting should provide building owners and operators with a framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable sustainable building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions.

CDML has developed VAULT, a proprietary project management tool. This purpose-built tool allows CDML to manage tasks and LEED documentation more effectively than other consultants. This means CDML spends most of our scope consulting and adding value to projects. CDML is different-we optimize paperwork production and flow, we consult and add value, and we always deliver. Our projects are finalized and submitted to the Green Building Council faster than other consultants.
